Elgin Fastener Group, a multi-company, growth-oriented specialty fastener manufacturer based in Southeastern Indiana, is expanding its’ customer base and is seeking the right individual to grow with us.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and evaluate customer requirements to determine product design needs
Provide technical services to customers relating to use and operation of the product
Promote, sell, and secure business accounts involving the design and modification of company products to meet customer requirements
Work with quoting to estimate and prepare project costs
Excellent communication skills to convey customer requirements to the Quoting/Sourcing Department
Perform onsite customer tear-down analysis
Excellent presentation skills to provide on-site L & L programs
Lead and perform Value Analysis/Value Engineering initiatives
