TCI Group Acquires Grattan Fastening

TCI Investment Group Inc. – parent company to Brighton-Best International – acquired Grattan Fastening Products, according to a legal notice of bulk sale.
The original Dave Grattan Company was founded in 1957 as a sales representative firm for a New York-based masonry anchor manufacturer.
Founded in 1986, Ta Chen became a master distributor of stainless, aluminum and nickel alloy coils, sheets, plates, long products, tubes and PVFs. In 2007 Taiwan-based Ta Chen, acquired U.S.-based Brighton-Best Socket Screw Mfg., and in 2013 Ta Chen acquired Porteous Fastener Company.
