Supply Chain Is Topic At Western Spring Session

How competitors and suppliers are responding to channel integration, how to work together for win-win cost reduction and how to guide an organization through rapid change, are topics for the Western Association of Fastener Distributors spring meeting March 22-24, 2001, in San Diego.
Suppliers will discuss the future of competitive new supply channels and investing in channel integration infrastructure. Distributors will discuss meeting end-user demands for lower costs and better service and collaboration with upstream partners for mutual benefit.
Tim Underhill of Underhill & Associates will speak on �Supply Chain Integration.� Panelists from Bell Fastener, Faspac Systems, Porteous Fastener Company and WCL will discuss channel integration and fastener distribution.
Fastener training consultant Carmen Vertullo of SimplyBetter will speak on ways to increase a company�s fastener Technical Knowledge Quotient. Barry Graff and Stan Sewitch will speak on the �Nuts & Bolts of Leadership During Rapid Change,� and Jerry Glickman of Euler ACI will speak on accounts receivable insurance.
Other program sessions are the business executives forum and owners forum.
