Stanley Announces Promotions

John Hall was named quality assurance manager for Stanley Industries Inc. Pete Carlson was appointed outside sales manager, and Jim Michalak was named inside sales manager.
In addition, Stanley promoted John Miller and Noreen Siress to outside sales, and added Brian Tupiak and Diane Hessler to inside sales.
