STAFDA Publishes Counter Advice

The Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association published a 140-page handbook designed for sales people at distributors” counters.
“Counter Pro takes training to a new level by helping counter people learn the industry and the business,” according to STAFDA.
There is a quiz at the end of most of the 15 chapters.
The handbook includes tips on solving problems and turning complaints into positive encounters, preventing returns, choosing the best method of delivery without compromising profit, handling pricing and credit policies, interacting with internal departments and implementing best practices for showroom displays.
