Spirol International Appoints Shaw

Spirol International Corp. named James Shaw as CEO following the retirement of longtime CEO Hans Koehl, who will continue as non-executve chairman of the company. Shaw started working for Spirol in 1972 and has served as president since 1990.
Jeffrey Koehl will replace Shaw as president and COO. Jeff Koehl joined Spirol in 1997 and most recently served as vice president of the company.
