Following the acquisition of Specialty Fasteners & Components (“SFC”) by Clarendon, the business will now trade under the unified name of Clarendon Specialty Fasteners, with effect from February 1st, 2017.
In the two years that have elapsed since SFC was acquired many changes have been implemented, with the objective of providing a more complete service to customers in our core aerospace, defence, motorsport and industrial markets.
The SFC design and manufacture capabilities are an important part of our service offering which we can more readily promote to all our customers if we trade under a single brand. Combining SFC’s capabilities with Clarendon’s growing range of “off the shelf” fastening products enables customers to benefit from greater choice, availability and innovation.
We are continuing to invest in our Totnes facility, which will remain our centre for design and manufacture as well as handling the distribution of our more technical product ranges. The distribution centre for our “off the shelf” products is the facility at Lydiard Fields, Swindon.
There are no changes to the Clarendon Leicester sales office which is already trading under the name Clarendon Specialty Fasteners. Web: clarendonsf.com
