Joe Greenslade will speak on “Effectively Dealing with Customer Complaints” at the Southwestern Fastener Association fall conference.
The autumn meeting will be October 3-6, 2002, at the El Dorado Hotel in Santa Fe, NM.
The conference program also includes Don Noblit speaking on “Small Business Financial Planning.”
The reservation deadline for hotel rooms at the conference rate is August 19 because the conference is at the beginning of the International Hot Air Balloon Festival in Albuquerque, NM. There will be a Saturday morning festival tour.
