Guy West is the new vice president of quality at Semblex Corportion, vice president of sales & marketing Mark Quebberman announced. West has a masters degree in metallurgical engineering and in his 31 years in quality management has held quality positions at Elco-Textron, Burgess-Norton Mfg., CTS Frequency Controls and ATK-Ordnance Systems.
