Reed Machinery Inc. acquired Waterbury Headers adding to Reed’s product line, president Jim Flanagan announced.

Worchester, MA-based Reed manufactures two and three die cylindrical thread rollers, planetary thread rollers and high speed flat die thread rollers under the Reed and Hartford brand names.
Waterbury manufactures cold headers and parts formers and additional thread rolling machines.
