PSPT Acquires Precision Screw Products

Precision Screw Products Company Inc. has been purchased by PSPT Holdings Inc., a division of Dallas-based Lynch Investment Company. The centerpiece of the deal, brokered by investment bank Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, is Precision Screw�s 34,000- sq-ft plant in Grand Prairie, TX, which has 35 employees and manufactures a range of products under the SURE-LOCK� and Grabbit� brands.
