PrimeSource Buys 3-G’s Supply

Carrollton, TX-based PrimeSource Building Products Inc. acquired building materials and fastener distributor 3-G”s Supply for an undisclosed amount. The deal included 3-G”s state-of-the-art distribution center in Strongsville, OH, and its assets in East Brunswick, NJ.
“Our acquisition of 3-G”s Supply, which has substantial strengths in the building materials market segment, marks our entry into the important Cleveland, Ohio, regional market,” commented PrimeSource co-CEO Ken Fishbein.
Fishbein said PrimeSource and 3-G”s products and brands will continue in their current form.
