Industrial parts distributor Austin Hardware and Supply Inc. acquired JPC Specialties, a supplier of standard and specialty fasteners, the Kansas City Star reported. Terms were not disclosed.
“Fasteners are a natural extension of our product line, and we were providing them on a limited basis prior to the acquisition,” Austin Hardware president Mark Dudenhoeffer stated. “JPC makes us a complete fastener resource, to go along with being a complete hardware resource.”
