PennEngineering named Alan Kay president of the Arconix Group, succeeding Victor Carlson.\
Carlson retired after 26 years with Arconix and its R.C. Dudek & Company Inc. predecessor. Kay has been with the company for 18 years and was national sales and marketing manager. He will oversee Arconix/USA, Arconix/UK and Arconix/Singapore. Web: penn-eng.com
