PCC Specialty Products Names Liberto, Hoffman

Joel Liberto is the new president and Jeffrey Hoffman was promoted to vice president of sales & marketing of the PCC Specialty Products Inc. Cold Forming Group. The group is comprised on Reed-Rico, Astro Punch and Hartford product lines.//
Liberto previously was director of North American operations for MacNeill Engineering Worldwide.
