E-fastener reports it receives 30,000 page views per month and has 200,000 parts listed in its proprietary database.
Partini.com was announced last month by CEO Larry Del Santo as an Internet connection between parts distributors and suppliers.
“By bringing e-fastener.com into the Partini family we get a solid base of users to help us build the Partini.com transaction application,” Del Santo said.
Greg Fields, president and founder of e-fastener.com will join Partini.com as director of fastener marketing. Partini.com is expected to be operating in the third quarter of 2000.
