Operations Manager
Henrob Corporation is the global leader in self-pierce riveting technology. Our innovative products and high technology processes are used extensively and diversely throughout U.S. industry.
We currently import fasteners from our European operation however, due to exceptional demand for our technology in NAFTA we now need to establish local manufacturing in the U.S.
In order to successfully achieve this objective, we will create a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility based upon our European blueprint. This facility will require the initial recruitment of approximately 100 personnel in order to sustain viable operations.
To head this operational initiative, we are actively searching for a dynamic individual with proven management ability and the capability of taking a “green-field” site to world-class fastener production status.
The exceptional candidate will:
Initially be required to travel frequently to our UK facility during the first 18 months in order to familiarize him/herself with our established manufacturing and operational procedures.
Be qualified and capable of executing this +$30 million investment plan.
Be capable of managing all aspects of the day-to-day manufacturing operation.
Have a minimum 7 years relevant management experience in high volume precision component manufacturing.
Have comprehensive and proven working experience with TS-16949 quality systems and OEM’s.
Possess degree level qualifications in an engineering, technical or manufacturing management discipline.
Play an integral role as a member of Henrob’s management TEAM.
