NIFS Reports 162 Exhibitors for Baltimore

Show management reported 162 exhibitors have reserved 173 booths for the 25th annual National Industrial Fastener Show / East.
The trade show will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, May 5, 2005, at the Baltimore Convention Center. Conferences will be on Wednesday.
The record NIFS show had 653 booths at the 1996 trade show in Columbus, OH. Show management reported the 2004 NIFS/West show in Las Vegas had 501 exhibitors with 578 booths.
The Los Angeles Fastener Association will present its fastener specifications & terminology class on Wednesday, May 4. The class will be taught by Bengt Blendulf and Carmen Vertullo and is part of LAFA”s Certified Fastener Specialist program. For LAFA information contact Vickie Lester. The fastener subcommittee of the SAE Ship Systems technical committee will meet on Wednesday.
Each exhibitor has free exhibit hall passes for attendees. Online registration is $25 until March 18, $35 in advance and $45 onsite.
