The National Fastener Distributors Association released three new Train the Trainer power point presentations: Corrosion 101, Spring Steel Fasteners and Weld Nuts & Weld Studs.
Previous T3 courses remain available: Self-Piercing Rivets, Clinch & Spline Nuts, Socket Screw Products, Nylon Push-On nut Fasteners, Threaded Inserts, Hex Head Cap Screws, Thread Forming Screws for Metals, All-Metal Locknuts, Retaining Rings, Blind Rivets, Torque & Tension, Inorganic Chromium-Free Coatings and Thread Locking & Sealing Materials.
The T-3 program is designed to develop trainers in companies for other employees. The company trainer receives a CD-ROM PowerPoint presentation with notes, video and key points to communicate to employees, as well as entrance and exit exams, glossary, student survey, trainer’s record and trainer’s notes. The NFDA released the first six programs of its Train the Trainer Technical Training Program in 2002.
