Consultant Don Rice will speak on �Keeping your best customers while making a 30% annual return� at the National Fastener Distributors Association autumn meeting.
Rice�s program includes �four things you must do very well� and �things which are devastating to your profits while driving off your very best customers� and 15 key ratios to use in multiple branch operations.
The meeting will be October 15-18, 2003, in downtown Chicago.
The keynote speaker at the Friday luncheon will be Matt Miller of Mesirow Financial.
