National Sales Manager

– Roseville, Michigan

We are an international distributor of Fastener, hardware and MRO Supplies. We are looking for an individual who has experience in management with a strong sales background. Fastener experiences a plus. Reporting to executive management, this position will be responsible for all branch managers and processes to ensure the day to day flow of material for their location.  

Successful candidates will:

Be flexible and highly organized
Monitors status of sales for each location and provide metrics to Executive Management
Implement process improvements  and strong ability to problem solve
Ability to communicated to all levels of management
Be self-motivated and able to work independently
Instinctively address all customer questions and concerns promptly with business savvy solution/resolution strategies
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 10 years sales experience
Minimum 5 years management experience
Travel required
