Henkel Loctite Corporation is the new name for U.S. based Loctite Corporation. Loctite was acquired in 1997 by Germany-based Henkel Group. Other Loctite companies around the world are slated for similar name changes. Rocky Hill, CT-based Henkel Loctite manufactures high-tech adhesives and sealants used in cars, planes and appliances.
