Ken Sanker sold Blue Chip Engineered Products to Mike Rose and Wendy Rose.
“After 21 years in the specialty fastener industry, it was time to move on and pursue other interests,”” outgoing CEO Sanker explained.
The Roses together have more than 40 years of manufacturing and service B2B management experience.
“In selecting a buyer for Blue Chip I was looking for someone who would continue the growth while best serving the interests of our customers, suppliers and employees,” Sanker said. “As president and CEO Mike Rose brings a wealth of experience in operations, sales, manufacturing and finance. He has a record of building successful organizations in several industries with domestic and international operations.””
Wendy Rose has more than 25 years experience in business development and strategy, sales, marketing and communications. She has been on the Department of Communications faculty at Northern Kentucky University.
Sanker will remain at Blue Chip through October to assist in the transition.
