Jacobson, Horizon & Hall Form Alliance
John Wolz
Jacobson Mfg. LLC, Horizon Technology/Tiffin and Hall Metallic announced an alliance to complement cold forming capabilities and access to markets. The cold forming operations complement each other and with additional machining capabilities provided by Hall, additional finished components can be provided. The companies plan to cross-market their products taking advantage of long standing customer relationships held by each company.
“I am excited about the synergy created by this alliance,” Horizon chair Ron Palmer reflected. Jacobson president David Kaminski Sr. described the alliance as making sense “for both parties, a true win-win.””
Hall Metallic is a minority enterprise headed by Ron Hall Sr.
