Honeywell Aerospace Sales Grow

Honeywell reported aerospace sales, including fasteners, rose 6% to $2.62 billion, while segment profit climbed 15.8% to $439 million. Aerospace sales during the first nine months of 2005 increased 7.6% to $7.7 billion, driving segment profit up 17% to $1.2 billion.
Overall Q3 revenue grew 8% to $6.9 billion, while net income jumped 26.3% to $470 million.
“This was another strong quarter for Honeywell, highlighted by 5% organic growth and a full point of margin expansion,” noted CEO Dave Cote.
