6. On August 26, 2011, Greenbriar Equity Group LLC purchased the Aerospace Hardware division of Anixter International Inc. for $185 million.

8. On August 31, 2011, W.W. Grainger Inc. (NYSE: GWW) purchased Fabory Group from HgCapital for $346 million.

9. On October 4, 2011, Precision Castparts Corp. (NYSE: PCC) purchased PB Fasteners for an undisclosed sum.

10. On December 22, 2011, Filtrona plc (London Stock Exchange: FLTR) purchased Richco Inc. for $110 million.
