Former Pentacon CEO Baldwin Joins Oil Supplier Firm

Former Pentacon Inc. CEO Mark Baldwin was named CFO of Veritas DGC Inc., a Houston-based geological and reservoir technology supplier to the petroleum industry. Baldwin headed Pentacon from 1997 to 2001. He joins Veritas from First Reserve Corp., where he served as an operating partner. Currently Baldwin sits on the board of T-3 Energy Services, which divested its fastener holdings in 2003 to focus on providing products to the oil industry.
