Fastener Tech 07 Providing Audited Actual Attendance to Exhibitors

Fastener Tech 07 will provide audited attendance names and numbers to exhibitors for the June 25-27 trade show and educational programs in Chicago. “We will have actual audience numbers for all our events during FT 07,” Nancy Rich, executive director of the Mid-West Fastener Association, announced. Exhibitors will have breakdowns of categories of attendees such as manufacturers or distributors and be sent attendee lists by email after the show.
Some trade shows announce only total registration figures rather than actual attendance. Trade show experts have estimated as high as 50% of advance registrants do not actually attend shows. Trade shows can provide real attendance by simply scanning badges at the entrance or by having registrants pickup badges at the show.
Fastener Tech 07 features 13 educational sessions in addition to a trade show at Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL, near Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport.
Fastener Tech 07, sponsored by 10 fastener and trade associations and publications, also includes a two-day trade show, networking and social events for manufacturers, distributors and fastener users. Exhibits will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.
As of April 12, FT 07 lists 147 companies reserving 165 booths for the expo.
