Emhart Acquires Refac Technologies

Emhart Teknologies acquired the licensing business of Refac Technologies LLC in Edgewater, NJ, Emhart president Paul Gustafson announced. The purchase is intended to unify Emhart�s product lines and procure exclusive owernship & worldwide licensing rights to its key fastener product brands, including Heli-Coil and Dodge. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Gustafson also appointed Greg Wind as global marketing manager for Heli-Coil and Dodge.
