Ellison Technologies Acquires Jackson Machinery

Ellison Technologies Inc. acquired Jackson Machinery Company. Southern California-headquartered Ellison provides engineered machining systems and industrial equipment to the American metal-working and metal-cutting manufacturing market. The acquisition allows Ellison to expand in the northern Ohio manufacturing market.

Cleveland-based Jackson was a privately-held machine distributor. Operations are being merged with Ellisons’ Cleveland office, headed by Ohio president Art Seyler. Former owner Bob Jackson and 10 executives and employees will remain.
