The original Spencer company was founded in 1950 as a manufacturers rep agency. Today Spencer Products is owned by founder David R. Tuttle�s sons: Dave, Bob and Tom Tuttle and distributes fasteners and other products to OEMs. Twinsburg, OH-based Spencer has nine branches in Indiana, North Carolina, Arkansas and Ohio.
