Darling Speaking on Changes in China at New England Meeting

Bruce Darling of Porteous Fastener Company will be the keynote speaker at the New England Fastener Distributors Association annual membership meeting.
The meeting will be at 5:30 p.m., April 24, 2003, at the Beechwood Hotel in Worcester, MA.
Darling will speak on changes that China has initiated over the past decade; the effect of the U.S. Fastener Quality Act within Chinese and Taiwanese factories; the emergence of privately-owned businesses in China; the government�s move to entrepreneurship; steel prices in the past six months; and trends for the coming months.
