The US Department of Commerce confirmed a previous determination that two Chinese steel threaded rod manufacturers “sold their products at rates below normal market value in the US, but reduced the companies’ dumping margin,” SteelGuru reports.
The U.S. International Trade Administration issued a final determination that affirmed their May 2012 finding that Chinese firms RMB Fasteners Limited and IFI & Morgan Ltd. dumped the threaded rods or studs, between April 2010 and March 2011, according to SteelGuru.
