We are looking for a president with an established record of success in increasingly responsible positions as an operating executive. Must have 15+ years experience in a well-respected fastener organization. This position requires a propensity for growing, managing, and developing a business with entrepreneurial characteristics. The candidate will need to demonstrate a record of success in increasing organizational efficiency and enhancing productivity. Candidate needs to demonstrate a track record of success in reducing costs, improving profits, and streamlining operations. This position will require the ability to combine strategic and tactical expertise to produce bottom line results. This candidate will be instrumental in achieving significant revenue/profit improvement through aligning systems and processes, team building, and leadership expertise. This candidate must have the ability to analyze and integrate information from diverse sources in decision-making, planning and development, and implementation of solutions. This position requires solid project management skills and ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.
