China Fastener Imports Total $2.3b
China’s fastener exports totaled 2.28 million tons with the value of $4.1 billion during the first ten months of 2015, ChinaFastener.Info reports.
The top five export destinations of China were the U.S. (at $848.2 million); Japan (at $231.6 million); Russia (at $193.8 million); Hong Kong (at $135 million); and Vietnam (at $133.2 million).
Imports of iron and steel fasteners reached 232.5 million tons with the value of $2.33 billion in the first ten months of 2015, according to ChinaFastener.Info.
The top five fastener import origins for China were Japan (at $575.7 million); Germany (at $426.2 million); the U.S. (at $250.2 million); South Korea (at $249.3 million); and Hong Kong (at $182.8 million).
