Chief Engineer For Fastener Manufacturer Wanted
We are currently seeking a Chief Engineer in the metropolitan Detroit, MI area. The individual should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and at least five years engineering managerial experience in the fastener industry. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the following.
1. Management and development of the engineering team
2. Develop, design and engineer new products
3. Ensure designs are cost effective
4. Excellent problem solving skills
5. Good time management skills and the ability to set priorities
6. Oversee the preparation and finalization of all bids for new products
