Brighton-Best Socket Screw Mfg. Inc. president Perry Rosenstein announced the acquisition of the assets of American Screw Distributora de Fixacao Ltda of Brazil.\
Sao Paulo-based American Screw distributes hexagon socket screw products and is headed by general director Jayme Martin Bastos.
