Bossard Appoints Dean and Zehnder
John Wolz
Bossard Holding AG appointed former CFO David Dean, 45, as CEO. Dean had served as interim CEO after chief executive Heinrich Bossard, 61, died in a plane crash off the coast of New Zealand in December. \
Bossard”s widow, Silvia Bossard-Eichenberger, was injured in the crash and continues to recover at her home in Switzerland.
Bossard named Stephan Zehnder, 39, as CFO. Zehnder has been active in Bossard”s controlling since 1996 and took over the function of corporate controller on January 1, 1999.
“This decision means that the executive committee is complete again, only four weeks after the accidental death of Heinrich Bossard,” the company stated on its website. 2005 FastenerNews.com
