August 31, 2015 WIFI Scholarship Application Deadline
August 31 is the deadline for applications for two Women in the Fastener Industry scholarships.
• The Edith Cameron Scholarship recipients will attend the October 21-23, 2015, National Industrial Fastener & Mill Supply Expo in Las Vegas. The scholarship covers travel, accommodations and trade show entrance.
Scholarship recipients gain an opportunity to meet with colleagues from around the country, and to attend the sixth annual WIFI Speaker Series Event on October 21: “Cognitive Diversity and Creative Problem Solving: Innovation & Solutions from Out-of-Box Thinking.” Get Your Smart On with WIFI.
• The Ann Bisgyer Wolz Scholarship, sponsored by Duncan Bolt, provides beginning and advance training on fastener products, standards and specifications through the Fastener Training Institute.
