Acument Names Stipp

Acument Global Technologies Inc. named Janice Stipp as its CFO. Stipp replaces Jon Samuelson, who Acument said is leaving the company to pursue other professional opportunities. Samuelson had been CFO since February 2004.
Stipp joins Acument from Farmington Hills, MI-based GDX Automotive, an automotive sealing systems supplier, where she had served as CFO since August 2005. Prior to that Stipp was finance director for the North America Fuel Systems unit of TI Automotive.
