Gabelli Increases SPS Stake

A group lead by investor Mario Gabelli has increased its stake in SPS Technologies Inc. from 27.33% in November to 28.41%, according to a Securities & Exchange Commission filing.
The group paid prices ranging from $28 to $36.12.
Jenkintown, PA-based SPS manufactures fasteners for aircraft engines, automobiles and construction equipment. �2002 FastenerNews.com
