Fastenal Co. signed a national supply agreement with Intertape Polymer Group Inc.
Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
Fastenal said it is in the process of implementing Intertape Polymer’s business units to become their supplier.
Winona, MN-based Fastenal currently operates 14 regional distribution centers and more than 1,100 branches with more than 350,000 customers.
