Senior vice president Tim Epps said the management team of Fastco Threaded Products Inc. is continuing uninterrupted operations after the death of its founder, Dan Burch. Burch, 50, died July 16 of a heart attack (see FIN, July 24, 2001). //
“The management team he established continues to run the company,” Epps announced. “Dan created a leadership contingency plan several years ago in case of such an event,” Epps explained. “He built a management structure that will continue uninterrupted operations in his absence.”
The management team includes Jerry Frick, vice president of operations; Chris Ray, CFO; and Epps.
