Nova, Vegas Acquire Lab

Nova Machine Products Corporation and Vegas Fasteners Inc. have jointly acquired the laboratory operations and equipment of Accutech LLC in Las Vegas. The companies will open Nevada Laboratories LLC on September 15, 2001.
Nevada Laboratories will provide chemical, mechanical and metallurgical testing as well as dimensional and non-destructive examination. NDE disciplines will include ultrasonic, magnetic particle, liquid Penetrant and visual examination. �2001 FastenerNews.com
