Henry Replaces Johnson at Driv-Lok
Jason Sandefur
Mike Henryhas joined Driv-Lok as national sales manager. Henry replaces Thomas Johnson, a 33-year fastener industry veteran who announced his retirement at the beginning of September.
With over 30 years of experience, Henry started in the tool room of a fastener manufacturer. Eventually he moved to engineering, followed by various management positions. He’s spent the last 15 years directly involved in sales and sales management, with a strong focus on distribution.
Henry brings a “hands on” philosophy to the position, Driv-Lok noted.
Founded in 1939 by Pete Hilstrom, Driv-Lok was honored this year for 50 years of participation in the Illinois Manufacturer’s Association. Sycamore, IL-based Driv-Lok manufactures press-fit metal fasteners, including grooved, knurled, slotted, coiled and Barb-Lok pins as well as solid and split dowels.
