Hillman Group Acquires All Points Industries

The Hillman Group acquired All Points Industries Inc., a distributor of commercial and residential fasteners based in Pompano Beach, FL, for an undisclosed amount.
Founders Greg Mann and Gaby Mann will remain as president and vice president, Hillman stated.
“The addition of the All Points business will strengthen Hillman’s presence in the Florida market and provide additional market opportunities,” commented Hillman CEO Max Hillman Jr.
The deal will help All Points “strengthen and grow its position in catering to the OEM and LBM markets,” Gaby Mann noted.
Established in 1996 by the Manns, All Points supplies fasteners to the hurricane protection hardware market in the U.S. and the Caribbean. All Points has also developed a retail division that supplies general and hurricane hardware. All Points 2006 revenue exceeded $34 million.
