President and co-founder Frank Martin retired and sold Threaded Fasteners Inc. to employees. Stephen Sholtis is now CEO and Billy Duren president.
Founded in 1979 in Mobile, AL, Threaded Fasteners opened a Pensacola, FL, branch in 1992; began manufacturing in 1998; and opened a Gulfport, MS, branch in 2006.
