Polish fastener manufacturer Koelner priced the offering of 1.5 million new D-series shares at 55 Polish zloty (US$18.60) per share, roughly 5% below the current trading price of the stock, Polish News Digest reports.
Koelner will reportedly earmark the funds, estimated at 82.5 million zloty (US$27.9m), to help finalize its acquisition of fastener maker Srubex, along with other investments estimated at a total of 130 million zloty (US$44m).
Koelner’s shareholders Przemyslaw and Krystyna Koelner have decided to sell an additional 600,000 existing shares, also at a price of 55 zloty per share. Web: koelner.biz �2007 FastenerNews.com
