Duncan Bolt Company opened Shanghai Duncan Bolt Ltd. in China. Shanghai Duncan supplies fasteners from North America, Taiwan and China to customers in China, president Andy Cohn announced.
The branch is headed by Michael Goertzen. He holds an MBA from St. Louis University and is a four-year resident of Shanghai.
