Interim Dropped from Acument CEO Gray’s Title

Platinum Equity named Joseph Gray as permanent president and CEO of Acument Global Technologies Inc. Grey has held the position on an interim basis since October.
Acument is the former Textron Fastening Systems, which Platinum acquired from Textron Inc. in 2006.
Gray previously held Integrated Supply Chain positions for Textron Fastening and Textron Fluid & Power. Prior to joining Textron in 2004, Gray held senior positions in global businesses, including GDX Automotive, Peregrine Inc. and AlliedSignal.
